1. What we collect
- Account info: email, nickname, registration time, sign-in IP / User-Agent (for risk control)
- Trading data: portfolios, orders, positions, follow relationships you create on the platform
- API credentials: exchange API keys you choose to bind (stored AES-256-GCM encrypted)
- Usage logs: page visits, feature calls, error logs (for service improvement)
2. What we don't do
- Don't sell or leak your data to third-party advertisers
- Don't custody your funds on exchanges (funds always stay in your exchange account)
- Don't use your strategy code to train AI models
3. Cookies & analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking). Session cookies are scoped to Domain=.panshi.io for shared auth across panshi.io and app.panshi.io.
4. Your rights
Signed in, you can export all your data and delete your account from "Account / Data Export". After deletion, backups are retained for 30 days against accidental loss, then permanently destroyed.
5. Minors
The service is not intended for users under 18.
